To make a donation, you have two payment options:

Option 1: Online Credit Card Donation:

Visit http://advancement.lakeheadu.ca/donate and follow the instructions. Designate the donation to LUFSAE as shown in the image below. If you would like to donate to a specific team within the project, you may specify this also.

Upon pressing "Submit Donation" at the bottom of the page, you will continue to the secure credit card transaction page.

 

Option 2: Mail-in Pledge Form:

Download the pledge form below, print it and fill it out. You may write your credit card information, or attach a cheque and send it in with the pledge form, to the address specified on the pledge form. All donations will be received by the Lakehead University Office of Advancement and cheques or credit card transactions will be processed by Lakehead University accounts office.
